Scotland. It is in my soul. I have had such a blessed opportunity to see many places in the world, and while my home in Canada holds an unspeakable beauty, Scotland takes it to another level.
These stones are found in the Hebrides islands on the Isle of Lewis. Like most standing stones in the world, they are beautiful, awe inspiring and mysterious. We don’t really know why, and the how seems daunting, and yet, thousands of years later, there they stand. Sentinels of those who came before and to a landscape that will outlive us all.
